Take Action Now and Avoid These Pitfalls

  • An uneven slab of concrete will continue to get worse and eventually crack.
  • Settled concrete usually has a void below it that fills up with water and increases the void over time.
  • Replacing your concrete with a new slab is not the only option.

I Hate Uneven Concrete Too

"I know the pain and frustration of uneven concrete. I used to drive a forklift and always had to watch out for certain spots to avoid catching the forks. Inevitably when I hit them, whatever I was hauling went flying. It always seemed to be pallets of seed. ðŸ˜“" - Lowell Troyer

How Concrete Leveling Works

Drill Hole for Polyurethane Foam

Drill

Small 5/8″ Injection holes are strategically drilled around the areas where the concrete is sunken and requires lifting.

Pump Polyurethane Foam into Concrete

Pump

Polyurethane foam is injected through the holes. It expands to fill the space underneath the concrete slab, using the slab itself to drive the foam into the crevices, lifting concrete back to original position.

Path After Raising Concrete

Patch

Once the concrete is stabilized and lifted to the proper protocol, the injection holes are filled with new cement, allowing you to use your surface immediately.

Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some of the common questions asked about concrete leveling using poly foam.

Will there be heavy trucks in my yard?

Our truck/trailer can stay parked on the street or in your driveway. Our hose runs from the trailer to your repair site without any equipment on your lawn.

How much does it cost?

Concrete raising is typically half the cost of replacing your concrete slab.

How big are the holes you drill?

Only 5/8” (the size of a dime). When the holes are filled, it’s unnoticeable unless you look for them.

How long does this foam last?

Permanently. Our foam will never lose density or shrink.

How soon can I use my concrete again?

You can drive or walk on your slab immediately.
